Hi, I am Ana Karen.

I go by Ana, Ana Banana, Banana, Nanners, Nana, but my parents intended for my legal first name to be Ana Karen, just like that. Over the years I have tried to get people to call me by my full name, but it always gets shortened or tweaked. Any and all of the above mentioned names are acceptable! I am native-ish to Colorado, I have lived here with my family since I was 7!

I love photography as an expression, both for me and for my clients. It is very important to me that you feel comfortable and heard every step of the way. Natural light is my favorite kind of light for portraits. I love God, my family, my church community, traveling, adventures of all sorts, learning new things and eating new foods.

My passion is to know you and to help display your story to the world. Each of our stories has value and no two stories are identical, we each have unique beauty to share with those around us and photography is a great way to do just that! Being invited into a family or home or an event where loved ones are present feels sacred to me, so I strive to capture candid memories so you can just focus on enjoying the moment fully.
